“It’s Coming After” will help raise funds for Ron Holt’s treatment in his battle against cancer. In the picture, we see Jesse Holt and Dave Hillis!

The legendary brothers Jesse and Ron Holt were well-known figures in the Seattle, WA music scene between the late 80s and early 90s.

 

Well… Under the name “Bondage Boys” and with the help of their long-time friend Dave Hillis (producer and sound engineer of iconic grunge albums such as Pearl Jam’s “Ten”, Alice In Chains’ “SAP”, Temple Of The Dog and the soundtrack to the movie “Singles”) they have re-released the enigmatic track “It’s Coming After”, which became known in YouTube videos through performances by the bands Second Coming and Suicide Bride.

Who´s Ron Holt?

Ron (aka Junkeye) is a true unsung hero of the Seattle music scene, whose contributions were essential to the beginnings of many bands, including The Bondage Boys, Faster Pussycat, Alice In Chains, Suicide Bride, My Sister’s Machine and Second Coming.

 

 

Ron’s musical genius may have been ignored by the music industry at the time, but not by the musicians around him. His talent and dedication left an indelible mark on the Seattle music scene, and many consider him a great creative and musical inspiration.
